Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services.
At ekaBrahmaa, we aim to deliver a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and healers. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and rescheduling across our wellness programs, consultations, and services.
General Program Cancellation
- A full refund is available if cancellation is requested after enrollment but before the initial consultation has taken place.
- If cancellation is requested before the official start date of the program, a full or partial refund may be considered, provided that no consultations have occurred and no medicines, groceries, or kits have been dispatched.
- Once the initial consultation has been completed or any live session or video consultation has been attended, no refund will be issued.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to heal@ekabrahmaa.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
- In addition, no refund will be possible beyond the specific milestones set for each program: Day 4 for the 7-Day Program, Day 11 for the 14-Day Program, Day 17 for the 21-Day Program, Day 25 for the 28-Day Program, Day 40 for the 45-Day Program, Day 75 for the 3-Month Program, Day 175 for the 6-Month Program, and Day 345 for the 1-Year Program.
- Orders for medicines or physical products cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Consultation Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs.
- You may cancel or reschedule your consultation by notifying us at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Rescheduling can be done via the ekaBrahmaa app, website, or by contacting our support team.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be considered as a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of medical emergency or technical issues, subject to approval.
- For any late reschedule requests, we encourage contacting our team immediately for possible alternate arrangements (though not guaranteed).
Medicine & Product Order Cancellations
- Orders for Ayurvedic medicines or physical wellness kits cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- If cancellation is requested before dispatch, and payment is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds (program or product-related) will be processed within 15 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise requested or restricted.
Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
- ekaBrahmaa reserves the right to grant or deny refunds outside of the above guidelines based on exceptional circumstances.
- All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to internal review and final approval.
