These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Platform and Services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.ekabrahmaa.com, the ekaBrahmaa mobile application (iOS / Android), and all related services, features, content, and tools (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Revita Ayurveda Private Limited ("ekaBrahmaa", "we", "us", or "our"). The term "Services" refers to all wellness programs, consultations, assessments, health tracking, care plans, and related offerings available through the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you ("User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Definitions
Practitioners — means qualified professionals engaged by ekaBrahmaa, which may include MD (Ayurveda) doctors and other wellness professionals such as nutritionists, yoga therapists, and health coaches, as applicable to the service you choose.
Content — includes all text, graphics, audio/video, programs, recommendations, care plans, messages, dashboards, and materials available through the Platform.
User Data — includes personal information and health-related information you submit or generate through the Platform.
Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use the Platform only through an account created and managed by a parent/legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
- You must use your real identity and keep your profile information accurate and updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- You may create dependent/family profiles only if you are legally authorised and have valid consent (including guardian consent where applicable).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, security risks, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
Nature of Services (Ayurveda + Wellness) and Important Limitations
ekaBrahmaa provides preventive, lifestyle, wellness-oriented programs and may also provide clinical consultations and treatment through qualified MD (Ayurveda) doctors, depending on the service you book.
Digital care is delivered via audio/video/chat/forms/reports. No physical examination is performed through the Platform.
The Services are not intended for emergency care, critical care, trauma care, or hospital-based interventions. If you have an emergency, seek immediate in-person medical assistance.
You are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate health information, including current symptoms, diagnoses, allergies, pregnancy status, and ongoing medications/supplements. Incomplete or incorrect information can reduce safety and effectiveness of recommendations.
Clinical Approach and Diagnostics
When ekaBrahmaa provides clinical consultations/treatment, the practitioner’s clinical assessment and treatment planning will be based on consultation, medical history, symptoms, and appropriate non-genetic clinical investigations (for example, blood tests such as lipid profile and other routine laboratory panels), interpreted in line with Ayurvedic principles and the practitioner’s clinical judgment. The Platform is not intended to replace your local physician for emergencies or where an in-person exam is required.
Lifestyle Compliance and Treatment Outcomes
Patients are advised that drinking, smoking, or the use of any other substances should be strictly avoided during the course of treatment. The patient acknowledges that adherence to medical advice, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle guidance is an important component of achieving optimal treatment outcomes. If drinking, smoking, or the use of any other substances occurs during the treatment period despite medical advice, the effectiveness of the treatment may be reduced and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
By proceeding with the program, the patient confirms that they understand these considerations and accept that treatment results may vary depending on adherence to the medical and lifestyle recommendations provided by the care team.
Ayurveda Assessments and Classical Ayurvedic Medicines
- ekaBrahmaa may use Ayurvedic assessment methodologies to design programs, including evaluation of Prakriti (constitution), Vikriti (functional imbalances), digestion patterns, lifestyle factors, and traditional indicators based on information you provide.
- Where appropriate, classical Ayurvedic medicines/formulations may be recommended. Such recommendations are based on traditional principles and your disclosed history and reports.
- Ayurvedic recommendations provided digitally are not intended for emergencies, acute critical illnesses, or conditions requiring urgent in-person evaluation.
- You must inform us about existing medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy/lactation, and current medications before following any medicine or regimen.
Genomics (If You Opt In) – Separate Consent Applies
If you choose a genomics-related service, testing is performed by an independent third-party laboratory. ekaBrahmaa does not collect or analyse biological samples and does not generate genetic data.
Genetic reports, if reviewed, are used for wellness-oriented insights and lifestyle/nutrition guidance. Genetic test data is not used by ekaBrahmaa to diagnose or confirm a medical condition.
Genomics services require additional consent documentation, which will be presented separately at the time you opt in.
Communications Consent (WhatsApp/SMS/Email/App Notifications)
By using the Platform, you consent to receiving service communications related to your account, appointments, care plan, program updates, reminders, and essential notices via WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone, and in-app notifications.
Where applicable, you may manage promotional preferences or opt out of non-essential marketing communications; however, service-critical messages may still be sent (e.g., appointment changes, security notices).
Data Policy, Privacy, and Security
We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
We also maintain reasonable security practices and procedures consistent with applicable Indian cybersecurity and sensitive data rules.
Access controls Only authorised Practitioners and administrators with a legitimate need may access your health records to deliver Services.
User responsibility You are responsible for entering accurate data (e.g., vitals, symptoms, moods, reports).
Anonymised analytics We may use non-personal, anonymised, aggregated data for service improvement and analytics without identifying you.
Security limitations While we implement reasonable safeguards, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. You accept the inherent risks of electronic storage/transmission.
Cloud/compliance wording If we reference "HIPAA/GDPR-aligned" infrastructure, this refers to use of security and privacy controls designed to meet high standards. AWS provides capabilities used by regulated entities to host sensitive health data when configured appropriately.
Cookies Policy
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, support logins, remember preferences, and analyse usage. You can disable cookies via browser settings, but some features may not work correctly. Third-party analytics tools may collect aggregated, anonymised usage data.
Remote Monitoring and Health Tracking
Remote monitoring tools (logs, trackers, dashboards) are intended to support your journey and not as substitutes for physical diagnosis or emergency care.
You agree to enter monitoring data truthfully and follow practitioner guidance. Material non-compliance may result in service limitation or termination.
Consultations and Live Sessions (Video/Audio/Chat)
Scheduling You may indicate preferred timings, but the final slot depends on practitioner availability. You may request rescheduling.
Delays/emergencies Unforeseen situations may cause delays or rescheduling.
Duration Session duration is determined by the practitioner based on clinical need and service scope.
Connectivity Session quality depends on your internet/equipment. Disruptions due to your connectivity/equipment are not eligible for free rescheduling or refunds.
Privacy You must join from a private location. Recording sessions are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by ekaBrahmaa.
Conduct Respectful conduct is mandatory. Abuse/harassment may lead to termination of the session without refund/rescheduling.
Teleconsultation consent By initiating a consultation or booking a session, you provide consent for teleconsultation. Where consultations are initiated by a caregiver/health worker on your behalf, explicit consent may be required.
Healing Room and Chat Assistance
- We aim to respond within an indicative timeframe, but chat is not for emergencies. Never delay urgent in-person care.
- Messages are informational and do not replace in-person evaluation when clinically necessary.
- Submitting questions to practitioners you are not directly consulting may not establish a formal practitioner–patient relationship.
- Any guidance received should be validated with your primary physician before changing critical medications/treatment regimens.
- ekaBrahmaa is not liable for harm arising from delayed emergency care or incomplete/incorrect information you provide.
Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
Fees for programs/consultations/services must be paid as displayed at checkout. Prices may change over time; the price confirmed at payment is the applicable price for your transaction.
Non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of access.
Taxes/charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
Shipping Policy (Medicines/Physical Products)
Delivery timelines typically range from 7–10 days (subject to location/serviceability). International shipping may attract additional charges and longer timelines.
Delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners; tracking updates depend on their systems. Risk of delay due to courier/force majeure is not borne by ekaBrahmaa.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy presented on the Platform and/or at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds are typically available only within a defined grace period and generally before program commencement. No refunds after commencement unless required by law or explicitly stated.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Post or transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or other users’ data
- Introduce malware, scrape the Platform, or disrupt service operations
- Impersonate any person/entity or misrepresent your identity
Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Revita Ayurveda Private Limited.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may integrate third-party services (payments, messaging, video, labs, logistics). Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. ekaBrahmaa is not responsible for third-party outages, acts, or omissions.
Disclaimers
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Health outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results.
Digital care has inherent limitations (no physical exam; dependency on user-reported data). You acknowledge these limitations and agree to seek in-person care when clinically appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ekaBrahmaa and its directors, employees, and practitioners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from:
- Your reliance on information provided through the Platform without seeking appropriate in-person care when needed
- Your failure to disclose relevant medical information
- Connectivity/equipment issues on your side
- Third-party service failures (payments, logistics, laboratories, etc.)
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ekaBrahmaa from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for others, attempted unauthorised access, engaged in abuse/harassment, or failed to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data retention/deletion will be handled as per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective Date" and may provide additional notice via the Platform or via communication channels. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.

By selecting "I Agree", checking the box, or signing electronically, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, had the opportunity to ask questions, and consent to participate in ekaBrahmaa's digital wellness and Ayurveda-based services subject to these Terms.
