Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion:

Action	Details
Immediate deactivation	Your account will be deactivated right away, and you will no longer be able to log in or access any services.
Permanent data removal	All personal data, including your profile, health records, chat history, tracker data, and uploaded files, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
Anonymized records retained for legal purposes	Certain anonymized records may be retained as required by Indian law: • Anonymized clinical summaries — up to 7 years (per Indian medical record-keeping regulations) • Financial transaction records — up to 8 years (per Indian tax and accounting requirements)

Once deletion is complete, this action cannot be undone. You would need to create a new account to use ekaBrahmaa again.

You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:

Method 1: In the App

Open the ekaBrahmaa app and navigate to:

Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Method 2: Via Email

Send an email to heal@ekabrahmaa.com from your registered email address with the following:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Body: Include your full name and registered email address

For your security, we will verify your identity before processing any account deletion request. This helps ensure that no one other than you can request the removal of your data.
